- 03:11 LordFizzlebeef: I got scared shitless when I wiped out of my volcano dive, I think if I had managed to get through kary1 I might not have needed that sea dive at all

- 03:13 herbie_b: ouch on the dive, i fared ok, just a little slower
- 03:13 LordFizzlebeef: yeah that's sort of what I figured. I went at the end because I was 7 shards short. Oxyale in waterfall and a shard, then two shards on the way to kraken

- 03:14 herbie_b: yikes, glad I avoided that. I had enough shards after sky, promoted then dove

- 03:15 LordFizzlebeef: OH, also robot had a masa+1, which was neat but I was holding an xcal and a defense+5

- 03:17 LordFizzlebeef: yeah I was super scared about that white mage because if you had exited out of volcano and done an early marsh I figured you'd have a leg up on me, but I was super relieved when lute wasn't in marsh
- 03:18 LordFizzlebeef: meanwhile, I had three tmpr casters on chaos. 4 rounds to kill. And I don't think any of the fiend2 fights went beyond two rounds either

- 03:19 herbie_b: ruse capped and a powering up the vorpal, it was hold a and pray
- 03:19 herbie_b: but it worked
- 03:19 LordFizzlebeef: he melee'd my ninja for not much, and then nucleared before I smashed him down
- 03:21 LordFizzlebeef: I hit tofr around 16, did a 3F grind to 21/22 and then unrunnables pumped me up to 23/24
