- 18:09 Chiara*: you do advanced strat for lll reds, you can maybe try intermediate strat instead, its only 0.5 slower

- 18:12 Chiara*: ok early cycle is a bit slow so you have to wallkick but its fine its just 2sec

- 18:14 Chiara*: ok yeah you lose 1sec on elevator cycle at the start of bits because of the tj but no need to change
- 18:14 Chiara*: also no need to change your tjwk its fine
- 18:14 bugofcake: don't want to go too crazy in bits until I have to
- 18:14 Chiara*: one thing you can do is that you can easily sideflip to grab the elevators faster at the end

- 18:15 bugofcake: when I try it usually goes bad
- 18:15 Chiara*: not hard and if you fial you dont lose time against your actual strat
