- 20:26 Skyy: I got pbs about 32 min in according to the end credits, died once and had to reset cause I was gonna check plasma, saw baby skip then didn't have enough health to get out

- 20:27 Skyy: yeah, Varia was kind of late, but by then with charge/wave/plasma it wasn't bad to go back and clean up
- 20:28 BlackBambix: After I found screw it was somehow clear to me. 3 musketeers was basically a double indication that you had to go there
- 20:28 Skyy: I also had a bad backtrack to tourian since I did that last
- 20:28 Skyy: same on screw > muskateer, I had pretty much everything else explored by the time I found screw
- 20:28 FuwwetUwU: You could also just try to skip varia by killing ridley suitless
- 20:29 BlackBambix: thats the reason I collected much tanks... after i had 7+1 i found varia

- 20:43 Skyy: it's so unintuitive, I'm sure once you get the hang of it things get a lot easier but like, I can barely wall jump or mockball after about an hour of tinkering lol

- 20:44 Skyy: I don't know what it is, maybe it's the button setup. I've tried the up/down/left/right with both hands either arrows or aswd

- 20:45 Skyy: figuring out how to naturally do shoulder buttons I can't quite figure a setup for
- 20:45 BlackBambix: ok and why u can set up or keyboard .. or are u struggling with the controls itself?

- 20:45 FuwwetUwU: you need to find something where you need minimal finger movement
- 20:46 BlackBambix: i have R on my right thumb and L on Q

- 20:47 Skyy: I may still play around with it, I definitely struggle with controls in some cases, I don't like spin lock and I play with a smaller sized ps4 style controler

- 20:51 Skyy: that's one of the things I like about ps4 style, I put start/select on the shoulders along with r/l
- 20:51 Skyy: the joysticks don't bother me
- 20:51 BlackBambix: what about a xbox controller? the D-Pad is the best i have ever pülayed with
- 20:52 Skyy: I've never used an xbox, primarily because I don't like the controllers XD
- 20:52 FuwwetUwU: I have L on my keyboard shift and R on my xbox controller RB
- 20:52 Skyy: but, I may have to give it a try. The controllers I use wear pretty quickly like every 3-4 months and they are not cheap, and often not available

- 20:53 FuwwetUwU: The xbox dpad sucks now because its not actually a dpad now
- 20:53 Skyy: I would be fine with a normal snes controller too, but I find it tedious to have to change my grip to do things quick enough with start/select
- 20:53 Skyy: the 2 top buttons make life a lot nicer
- 20:53 Skyy: I will probably continue to tinker with a keyboard setup
- 20:54 Skyy: I am actually surprised I struggle as much as I do, I can type like 120+ wpm with 99%+ accuracy lol
- 20:54 Skyy: I though it would be an easy thing to pick up
- 20:54 BlackBambix: then you'll have to get used to it. there's no way getting around it
- 20:54 FuwwetUwU: I suggest you try using different keybind setups
- 20:55 FuwwetUwU: I tried a lot till I found something that fit
- 20:55 Skyy: yeah, I think it'll just have to be a learning process and find a key setup that works

- 20:55 Skyy: that's an interesting concept though, controller and keyboard, you may be on to something lol
- 20:56 Skyy: I can do asdw for my up/down/left/right and keep using the ps4 buttons for everything else
- 20:56 BlackBambix: It may feel strange at the beginning but after a week it will be fine. You just have to live with the fact that it works worse at first

- 20:57 FuwwetUwU: but snes9x doesnt recognize both shoulder buttons on xbox
- 20:57 Skyy: well, the cool thing about arm pumping is you can hold one down and only have to actually press the other

- 21:03 BlackBambix: just hold a button is a little bit slower tthan take turns with the buttons. i tested it in the practice hack. but it also works
