- 00:27 Malchior: Yeah, we were affected. I was bouncing around PCs performing the fix, calling remote distribution centers and walking them through the fix process, which included giving managers the admin password having them go through command prompt.

- 00:31 Malchior: Cause bitlocker encrypts your hard drive as hacker protection...well...it encrypts your recovery drive too.
- 00:31 Malchior: So the kernel check failure from microsoft windows was occurring before the the unencryption.
- 00:31 Malchior: I can guarantee you there are still machines with bitlocker that are still down.
