- 00:39 Maniacal: LOTS of double dips, most required

- 00:39 confuseousprime: I was proud of my play until about the end
- 00:39 confuseousprime: I kinda forgot about Pyamid Fairy, so I cleared out everything else :)
- 00:40 confuseousprime: but regardless, I think it shows how much more I need to go before I can hang with more experienced folks.
- 00:40 confuseousprime: lamp was what, first check? I thought that was kinda funny.
- 00:41 Maniacal: oof yeah PF was behind ether in TR, so it's not like you could really get there too quickly
- 00:42 confuseousprime: yeah, I mean, I should have paid more attention
- 00:42 confuseousprime: totally my bad on that one
- 00:42 confuseousprime: but the seed was very linear in the end, I just kinda branched off at the very end, doing checks that didn't amount to anything
- 00:42 Maniacal: also this mode is pretty rough... it tends to close out things and get very "full clear"... like this seed, the moon pearl was pretty buried and then the hammer was also kinda gross, so those things help normalize the play choices and force everyone onto the same routes
- 00:43 Maniacal: PF/hook leading directly to EP BK helped a lot with keeping it from being too bad
- 00:43 Maniacal: very unlikely that anyone's doing GT clear in this seed, so I was a bit concerned about it being over 2 hours for me lol
- 00:43 Maniacal: but there were a lot of extra mountain climbs, and those add up
- 00:44 confuseousprime: yeah, for sure.
- 00:44 confuseousprime: I think if I had gotten PF first rather than clear out after Mire, then I probably could have gotten a bit closer
- 00:44 confuseousprime: but because of that, I ended up 2 dungeons behind LOL
- 00:44 Maniacal: I think other than PF the only thing I had that I could do was mushroom turn in
- 00:44 Maniacal: but mushroom was behind 2 missing MM sks
- 00:44 Maniacal: so I wasn't going to prioritize it
- 00:45 Maniacal: but yeah I was talking about it being somewhat favorable to just go-mode MM and get the crystal and get to PF in this, which would have worked out
- 00:45 confuseousprime: yeah, I had pegs, Skull big, Hera Basement, and I had left behind 1 check in DP cause I failed the hammerjump
- 00:45 Maniacal: but I also cleared out mire since it was like 7 against 4 in item locations, even if 2 were out of logic, as I saw it at that time
- 00:46 Maniacal: wait you left the PoD big chest behind? or am I misunderstanding. I think PoD big chest was CT sk2
- 00:46 confuseousprime: nah, I made the decision to spend the extra key on the maze, and if I needed to come back for Big Key chest

- 00:47 Maniacal: I scummed the BK chest after getting hammer the first time with the 1 extra key
- 00:47 Maniacal: I think it was a compass lol
- 00:47 confuseousprime: yeah! either that or 20 rupees. Had a lot of those at the end haha
- 00:47 Maniacal: but yeah if you fail hammeryump and don't have the extra sk, that makes sense
- 00:48 confuseousprime: yea. I got iit eventually in Mire, which opened it up for a check.

- 00:48 Maniacal: that doesn't make sense... MM medallion was TR big chest which was behind TR BK in LSS behind hammer... and hammer was behind 6 PoD Sks
