- 19:48 bbonnell: i also realized once i found big key i have no idea what i'm supposed to do in GT without mirror

- 19:49 JuBer: if you have a fairy, you release it before
- 19:49 JuBer: and you either fall again and again, or get hit by enemies or firebars
- 19:49 JuBer: that way you spawn again at the beginning of GT
- 19:49 bbonnell: yeah that makes perfect sense now, but in the moment my brains only thought was OMG i'm gonna climb and he's not done.

- 19:52 JuBer: I saw that you even dropped into ice armos. you should have taken the left path which brings you to GT Big Chest
- 19:52 bbonnell: death warps werent my thing this game. forgot that one bottle came with a fairy and tried to death warp in POD

- 19:53 bbonnell: yeah i had the doors confused, i knew better than to do ice armos

- 19:53 JuBer: I feel that. I myself managed once in a game to death warp 3 times, only to get revived by a fairy each time

- 19:53 JuBer: even one of these, I had gathered a fairy a minute or so before
- 19:54 bbonnell: it happens
- 19:54 JuBer: ok, just noticed that my stream got cut mid ganon fight because I wanted to type in the racechat and instead did apparently a hotkey of streamlabs that discarded my delay...

- 19:55 bbonnell: i always treat front of pendant skull as overworld
- 19:55 JuBer: which is the only way
- 19:56 bbonnell: yeah i just always feel like i'm giving away time because it always turns into a loop for 3 keys, 20 rupees and sadness
- 19:56 bbonnell: but if everyone does it then it's fine
- 19:57 JuBer: often times I've seen progression there. and until you have mitts and or hammer DW access, skipping it is dumb
- 19:57 JuBer: because walking back to SW from the Aga portal is... urgh
- 19:57 bbonnell: well i had mitts when i was there
- 19:57 bbonnell: i did POD right after aga
- 19:57 bbonnell: left just the boss
- 19:57 bbonnell: cause no hammer
- 19:58 JuBer: I hesitated to do it
- 19:58 JuBer: but then thought... no, you can go there fast, clear left side DW first
- 19:59 JuBer: got rewarded with the hammer
- 19:59 JuBer: but things like Hammer pegs or the smith chain haunted me
- 19:59 JuBer: when I got in book/mirror gomode...
- 20:00 bbonnell: i did smith because i had mitts and flute and needed to save and quit anyway
- 20:01 bbonnell: I gave a lot of thought to big bomb since both red crystals were available early
- 20:01 bbonnell: but thankfully passed on that
