- 05:04 Spleebie: I didn't even think to get the sewer key for swamp, I had ether so I went MM > swamp unlock but since I hadn't drained it yet I did the flipper wrap to IP then came back to SP later

- 05:05 Spleebie: I did, but coming from swamp thought it would be slower to S&Q and then swim there

- 05:05 malmo: ah when I came from swamp I was in light world
- 05:06 malmo: I did mire to swamp, unlocked first door, then save quit
- 05:06 krelbelle: i was so excited to try out the trick I just learned yesterday where you drain the dam then clear hera and use the key you picked up along the way clearing hera to open swamp... then the hera key locked itself so I had to improvise that HC key steal play, that was stressful lol

- 05:06 malmo: I really wanted ether to be unavailable so we could do beetle clip routes but alas in my situation mire was faster
- 05:08 krelbelle: honestly I think mire might have been faster than S&Q, back of escape, S&Q, steal guard key, open keyrat door, S&Q, drain dam, S&Q, steal keyrat key, deathwarp... lots of steps
- 05:08 Spleebie: I don't think beetle clip is in logic so ether will always be available if swamp is mire locked
- 05:09 krelbelle: well there's available and then there's *available* :) my route would have saved a ton of time if ether was in TR
- 05:09 malmo: by "available" I mean not somewhere dumb like mothula

- 05:11 Spleebie: also, never thought when I grabbed blue mail off of the island that not too much later I'd have red mail and 10 hearts
