- 03:03 KillerApp23: yeah was throwing so bad on dark aga that i miss triggered on quickswap

- 03:03 tam: i was like 80% sure it was on left side swamp but i still checked there
- 03:03 tam: even tracked it before opening the chest
- 03:04 KillerApp23: yeah i felt like i needed to skip a couple and paid for it i guess lol
- 03:04 tam: some choices i made ended up being quite wrong in this seed, i last located both eastern and ice palace
- 03:04 tam: ice didn't feel too bad though cause it seemed hard to single dip pod anyway
- 03:04 KillerApp23: i did ice earlyish but ran out of bombs my first trip and had to double dip later
- 03:05 tam: oh, dang
- 03:05 tam: going to pod did get me cane for ice at least
- 03:05 KillerApp23: yeah that would have helped going to pod first but i thought it was a more logical play given we had mitts flips and bombos
- 03:05 KillerApp23: and all i had for pod was 2 keys and nothing else
- 03:06 tam: towards the end i was skipping some things i normally wouldnt have skipped, so i was getting really stressed climbing GT
- 03:06 tam: oh, i had 3 smalls, and i knew about the big key, so i got that on the way
- 03:06 tam: also checked sp first chest

- 03:06 tam: mitts+flippers always just makes me think pod and pod only, ice is usually an afterthought

- 03:07 tam: although idk if i would have gone in if i had the small key

- 03:08 tam: i almost went into swamp before going to TR

- 03:08 KillerApp23: yeah hammer was immediate DM trip
- 03:08 tam: because i was so scared about TR small/HS cave
- 03:08 tam: but it was kind of out of desperation
- 03:08 tam: TR was so obvious

- 03:09 KillerApp23: i had everything for it quite early except quake and cane
- 03:09 tam: i did dip it on the first DM trip, which kinda sucked, felt like extra punish for going to pod
- 03:09 tam: but it didnt feel like it really mattered
- 03:09 tam: only had one key so didnt go far
- 03:09 KillerApp23: yeah it was all garbage until lazer bridge
- 03:10 tam: yeah
- 03:10 KillerApp23: and the last key in mimic cave love that
- 03:11 tam: i should have really expected the key in TR after i did a couple OW checks looking for the key
- 03:12 tam: but yeah that was basically everything in this seed, just kinda rude
- 03:12 tam: but it wasn't really horrible in the end, i think

- 03:12 tam: although the beginning was a little rough
- 03:13 tam: did an extra tier 1 green rupee tree pull to buy bombs
