03:26 Fabricator_General: @arcus - we usually press reset at about 3-4 seconds left on the countdown so that by the time you mash start you start at 0000 on the timer

03:27 Fabricator_General: I delay about 1.5 seconds on the start screen so I press reset around 4.5 seconds left. If you mashmashmash then it'd be around 3 seconds that way you gain control of ryu at about 0000 on the timer

03:28 Fabricator_General: its not perfect but its the best we could come up with to allow everyone to do their own global timer manips
