- 04:07 jkoper: the ladder didn't affect the outcome of the race really
- 04:07 Nochibato: I went that path, couldn't bomb left into the room below zelda, up and A'd to go the path I knew which led to the vertical chute

- 04:08 Nochibato: I didn't realize the proximity immediately, went right didn't work so went the path I knew

- 04:09 jkoper: I came back with the recorder to get the triforce
- 04:09 Nochibato: I was certain 4 was ladder blocked so when I found the ring in 7 I was flummoxed until I looked back at the map

- 04:10 jkoper: why were you hunting ladder anyway
- 04:10 Nochibato: triforces in 5 and 8 being ladder blocked probably saved me
- 04:10 jkoper: that did cost me time
- 04:10 Nochibato: kinda forced me into ring and ladder
- 04:11 Nochibato: at some point it was just I need to get the items so I can actually get enough triforces
