Rules
Streaming is required as long as the race monitor (the one who opened the raceroom) or a moderator didn't deactive streaming enforcement.
Buying weapons / armor from the shop requires no skill and is therefore NOT ALLOWED. You'll find enough to finish the race.
The only mode is "Beat the Game". The competitors need to wait at the main menu where you'd type in your name. When the race timer hits the start of the race the runners start through the START button to jump right into the seed. The goal is to beat Dark Gaia's second form. Only after Dark Gaia starts to explode you're allowed to press "Finish". To get to Dark Gaia you need to collect all 5 Moon Stones, which are located randomly on some of the bosses. You can look up these locations either if you use the "Royal Letter" in your inventory or go see the message board in "Loire". After you used the letter it will delete itself, so try to remember / write down those locations! After you found all Moon Stones visit the Hero's Grave, insert all stones and after the short cutscene go to the portal to the Dark World / Underworld, speak to the Elder in Crysta and meet him outside the house to trigger the final cutscene to get to the boss.
Important info
If you're using the Emotracker package linked above (by Yazuka) then keep in mind, that this tracker is outdated, but it is still your best option to keep track!

Information about the tracker package:
- ALWAYS activate the ship since you have it from the beginning or else many checks will be red!
- Checking the area maps (Zue, Castle, etc.) doesn't change the count of your checks on the specific world map locations. Keep in mind to pin the locations of your world maps and navigate through the area maps simultaneously or you'll run the risk to make mistakes while tracking.

Further information important for the randomizer:
- Weapons and armors are progressive. You'll get always an upgrade to your previous found.
- POSSIBLE SOFTLOCKS! Click here to read about them.
- When found, use the "airship parts"-item in your inventory to activate the airship in the overworld.
- The damage of the "Slicer-Attack" (Run + A) was nerved useless due to its overpoweredness through I-frames that makes the character invulnerable for a long time.
- You can no longer buy the "Pretty Flower" since it's now in the pool of random items. Instead you'll get a non functional grenade as a placeholder from the flower girl.
- It is possible that the "Great Leaves" can be found in the well of the courtyard of Sylvain Castle where you'd find the "Sapphire" in the vanilla game. You can still get them through a glitch. Just deactivate the poisonous water, jump in the well and spam the A-Button to pick up the item just before you hit the water.
- There's one chest outside of the Ra Tree. It will spawn right after you entered the tree once. It is located outside on the right side on a small island.
