General Race Rules:
Streaming required (unless overridden by a mod). Timer starts when you press START at file select. Immediately hold right after last hit on Dark Link; Timer stops when Link stops moving. Simultaneous L+R on the Dpad is banned. Speedrun.com rules apply for emulator/console usage. Emulators must show the input display. Unless it's "NG+", "NMG" or "glitched" goals, 2nd controller UpA save & quit is NOT allowed. When you Game Over in the Overworld, you have to walk over the tile or go back to the same room you GOed in before you can continue on. If the Game Over happened inside a palace, the player must re-enter the palace and proceed to finish it. NO need to go back in the room where they GOed. Recommend you also do local recording, in case of internet outage and/or providing proof of your race time, if necessary. Thanks.
All Keys 100%:
Standard AK tournament general rule set.
West Coast 100%:
Standard AK tournament/general rule set. Race to Palace 3, stop timer at gem placement (bottom pedestal hole).
East Coast 100%:
Standard AK tournament/general rule set. Start from N. Palace with all post-P3 requirements met (pre-made file allowed at 7-3-4 stats or below). Race to Dark Link. Timer stops when Link stops moving (immediately hold right after last hit on Dark Link).
UpA + General rule set. Pre-made files allowed.
General rule set. Beat Palace 1 boss and place the gem in the bottom hole. Dot Done.
100% NMG (Goal currently deactivated):
