Racing Rules

Link to the racing rules

By default, the racing ruleset used is the Standard ruleset. However, race monitors can decide to use another ruleset, or all players can unanimously agree to use another ruleset.

Categories

If a race needs to NOT be recorded, it is required to put DO NOT RECORD in the title of the race. Races where runners are in a voicechat together or races where runners are not streaming must not be recorded.

Beat the Game : The default category used for solo races.

Beat the Game Co-op : The category used for races where teams of several players play the same seed and share information.

Beat the Game (Spoiler log) : The category for seeds where you are given the spoiler log before running the seed, and plan your route accordingly. In this category, watching the other runners stream is allowed.

Custom : A category that can be anything you want, but races cannot be recorded.
