General rules
All races must be done on a New Super Mario Bros. Wii disc; using the eshop version, any emulator or any usb loader isn't allowed.
Timing starts on first input (pressing right to move to 1-1 on the world map or pressing A to view the world map) and ends on the first frame of "8000" when pressing the switch in Bowser's Castle.
All finished races must be able to see the credits (i.e. not dying in lava after pressing the switch in 8-C)
No modifications to the game, such as Gecko codes are allowed.
No use of multiplayer is allowed.
Streaming the race isn't required but can be at the race creator's discretion.
If you're streaming the race, make sure to have the past broadcasts stored on your Twitch account.
Category rules
Any%: Beat the game, no restrictions.
Cannonless: Beat the game without using warp cannons.
Any% No W5: Beat the game without entering world 5.
100%: Beat the game with 100% completion (5 stars on the file select screen).
You can also create custom goals races (such as W1 Any% for example), however they'll not be recorded. For now only Any%, no W5, Cannonless, and 100% are recorded.
